Zoom in font  Zoom out font Published: 2012-06-13  Origin: FSA
Core Tip: R&R Ice Cream Ltd is taking the precautionary measure of recalling from customers three varieties of multipack Chokablok ice cream bought from Tesco and One Stop stores. Due to a production fault, the products might contain pieces of broken lolly stick.
The products being recalled are:
  • Chokablok The Chocolate Extremist, 240ml (3 x 80ml)
  • Chokablok Peanut Butter Nutter, 240ml (3 x 80ml)
  • Chokablok Billionaires Dynamite, 240ml (3 x 80ml)

All ‘best before’ end dates up to and including October 2012.

The affected products have been recalled from customers. All stores in receipt of these products have been told about the recall and point-of-sale notices will be displayed in stores explaining why the products have been recalled. If you have bought any of the above products, do not eat them. To get a full refund, return the affected product to the store. No receipt is required.

For further information about refunds, or how to get a replacement product, call the company's customer services on 0800 50 55 55 (free to call from a UK landline).

No other R&R Ice Cream or Chokablok products are known to be affected.
