Before joining Takasago, Mr. Marinos was employed by Kraft Foods, where he had worked since 1990. He led new product development, open innovation and commercialization for beverages, desserts, coffee, confectionery, biscuits, and natural products. Most recently, Mr. Marinos was a program leader for Kraft’s Back to Nature line of natural and organic products.
Mr. Marinos will report to Amby Mankoo, vice-president of flavor laboratories.
