Core Tip: KFC has introduced Chicken Littles - the new snack-sized sandwiches.
KFC, the fast food restaurant chain operated by US-based Yum Brands, has introduced Chicken Littles - the new snack-sized sandwiches.

The company noted that new and improved KFC Chicken Littles, which are available at a price of $1.29 each, pay homage to the brand's chicken sliders of the same name from years past.

Chicken Littles feature Extra Crispy Strip sandwiched in a sweet bun topped with pickle slices and KFC's signature Colonel's Mayo. The bun complements the savory 100% all-white breast meat chicken.

This launch follows a recent poll on the KFC Facebook page, which asked fans what menu item from the past they would like to see back at KFC. Chicken Littles was the favorite, garnering more support than any other menu item, the company said.

Chicken Littles can be ordered either a la carte or in a combo option. Combos include two Chicken Littles, a side item and a medium drink. Customers can purchase Chicken Littles for just $1.29 each or, for a limited time, the Chicken Littles Combo for $5.
