The event, which commenced on August 31, 2012, will continue till September 19, 2012.
Not only will the ambience resemble one that can be expected at an elaborate feast, but the servers will also be clad in traditional attire and serve food in earthenware cutlery. The menu, comprising an array of Rajasthani and Gujarati dishes, will be printed at the entrance. Diners who step into these outlets will be welcomed with the aarti and tika.
Welcome drinks such as kesari sharbat, adu-limboo sharbat will be served to the patrons upon their arrival at the restaurant, and the main courses will be followed by a variety of signature desserts, including ghevar, badam halwa and rabdi-jalebi. And true to the name and festive nature of the event, unlimited is the keyword.
On this occasion, Aji Nair, vice president, F&B division, Mirah Hospitality said, "Rajwar means royal and we proudly want to signify that royal means Khandani Rajdhani. The Great Rajwar Festival is a treat for our customers for all the support they have given Khandani Rajdhani over the years. We want to provide a larger than life feel to our customers and let them experience the royalty of a true Rajasthani. We are sure that this will be a different experience for all."
