The Baywatch Cafe at The Resort, Madh-Marve, will host a momo and Yum Cha festival every Friday to Sunday between 4pm and 8:30pm between September 14 to October 7, 2012. Harun Sonone, executive chef, will prepare the Tibetan delicacy.
The momos will either be vegetarian or non-vegetarian, steamed or fried, as per the guests' preference, and will be accompanied by Chinese teas such as Lapsang Souchong black tea, Chiui Mai green tea, Lung Chin green tea and Jasmine Pearl. A range of desserts, such as date pancakes, crispy sesame honey noodles and toffee apple, is also on offer. Each dish is moderately priced between Rs 250 and Rs 350 per portion, exclusive of taxes.
