Craft Brew Alliance(CBA) is facing a $63,500 fine issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) with regard to violation of safety measures that lead to the death of Ben Harris, a Portsmouth Redhook Brewery's worker.
The incident took place in April 2012 after a keg explosion in the brewery.
CBA is left with 15 days to challenge the fine, according to Union Leader.
The $63,500 fine, includes $7,000 and $6,000 set aside as penalty for the workers death and violation with regard to oxygen and acetylene tanks.
