Noodle Bar, the Oriental restaurant by Pan India Food Solutions, has opened its doors at Phoenix Market City, Bengaluru, offering range from China, Thailand, Burma, Indonesia, Japan and Korea.

In starters, the outlet has on offer onion pancake, barbecue roast lamb, crystal prawn dumplings and peppery corn fritters, and burnt garlic mushrooms. The main course will comprise dishes like teriyaki exotica, lion heart cottage cheese, chinese lobster in curry sauce, and sambal prawns.

The signature dishes include lime leaf chicken, burmese kaukswe, burnt chilli noodles, and lime and lemon crème brulee. The desserts will comprise coconut jaggery dragon rolls, spiced fruit tempura, and lime n lemon crème brulee.

K S Narayanan, CEO, Pan India Food Solutions, commented on the expansion: “We’re excited about offering Oriental cuisine to Bangalore through Noodle Bar.
