Exandal Corp has won ISO, BRC and HACCP certification for its Tara Gum production facility in Peru.
Exandal Corp, which produces Tara Gum HV (high viscosity), Tara Gum MV (medium viscosity) and Tara Gum LV (low viscosity), currently sells its products in 30 markets worldwide and counts some of the world's largest food firms among its customers.
Tara Gum offers economical and functional benefits with a wide range applications in the food industry including the manufacturing of frozen desserts, cultured dairy products, condiments, baked goods and salad dressings. It may be used as a stabiliser, thickener, emulsifier, gelling agent, capsular and retention agent.
