US-based beverage company Bazi International is set to change its name to True Drinks Holdings on 22 January 2013.
After almost 30 days, the company's common stock will trade under the new symbol 'TRUU'.
Denver-based Corporate Stock Transfer is acting as the exchange agent for the reverse stock split.
Bazi International, through its subsidiary True Drinks, is a beverage company, and has licensing agreements with several entertainment and media firms for use of their characters on its proprietary, patented bottles.
AquaBall, the firm's naturally-flavored, vitamin-enhanced water drink that was created as a low-calorie, low-sugar alternative to juice and soda for kids, is presently sold by mass-market retailers across the US.
Available in Orange, Fruit Punch and Grape flavors, AquaBall does not contain artificial colors or flavors and high fructose corn syrup, and includes Vitamins B6, B12, B3 and C.
