Iglo Foods Group announced effective 21 January, Erhard Schoewel has taken over from Martin Glenn as interim CEO.
Schoewel will serve as CEO until a full time successor is appointed.
Iglo announced Glenn’s intention to step down as CEO earlier in January. He will be conducting the transition of his executive responsibilities until the end of February, after which is will sit on the board until a full time CEO is appointed.
“This move will provide continuity and maintain momentum in the activation of the Strategic Plan, to which the board is fully committed. Erhard has been involved in the business for six years and has a great track record with leading packaged goods companies in Europe. He will base himself in the UK whilst he fulfills this role,” the company said.
