Effective December 1, 2012, Patricia DeMark has been appointed account development manager for Golden Peanut Co. Specialty Products Division.
In her new role, DeMark will be responsible for sales of Golden Peanut’s line of peanut flours, roasted aromatic peanut oils and peanut flavor extract. She worked as the legume ingredient technologist within Archer Daniels Midland’s food research group in Decatur, Ill., doing ingredient and process development prior to joining Golden Peanut’s sales team.
