'Food labelling must be accurate', warns FSA chief

The Food Standards Agency is to meet major food retailers and suppliers on Monday, after traces of pork were found in pies and pasties that had been labelled "Halal" and were intended for consumption by Muslim prisoners.

The Prison Service has ordered an urgent investigation.
