After receiving pears which were rejected and blocked by the health inspection authority for sales into the European Union it was negotiated with Mr Zhang Dongke that the seller would return $7700,- as compensation for the loss on the down payment. This was done at his stand at the Fruit Logistica 2013.
"After their return in China, we had to offer our apologize for our appearance at the stand and our insisting to solve the risen problem. They deny any responsibility for the fact that the pears were refused because of brown decay in the hart of the fruit from 70 to 100% at the inspected boxes (KCB). In their opinion it is the buyers risk. We have not mentioned that the pears were full of skin defects and far from the offered pictures we have received prior to the shipment. Beside the loss on the 70% down payment and receipt as storage we have to destroy the shipment under custom guides. Al in all a very unreliable company."
