Children's charities have warned that thousands of children in London are going hungry every day as a result of the economic climate.Single parent Anuseh Korome said it was becoming very difficult to pay for food for her children, while Lily Capran from the Children's Society said the economic climate had pushed thousands of children into poverty.
And Mark Littlewood from the Institute of Economic Affairs questioned why the system is unable to cope.
