island2island Beverage Company (i2i), an Australia-based beverage firm that involves in importing, sales, marketing and distribution of alcoholic beverages, is to distribute Broker’s London Dry Gin in Australia.
Broker's Gin was originally created by brothers Martin and Andy Dawson in late 1990s at a 200yo distillery in Birmingham, England.
The premium small batch gin was micro-distilled in a traditional copper pot still by using a combination of ten botanicals, including herbs, spices and fruits, imported from three continents.
In Australia, i2i will use its national sales infrastructure to represent the gin in different markets.
i2i managing director Les Page was quoted by TheShout as saying that the company expects their premise partners, who promote cocktails, to welcome Broker's Gin.
"It's a brilliant, versatile gin that makes a fabulous gin and tonic, but it is equally at home in a martini or indeed in any gin cocktail," Page added.
"It is a very positive sign that i2i is growing as a nationwide, independent distributor of premium quality brands, that cares and nurtures brands under its stewardship."
Broker's London Dry Gin is bottled in two strengths - 40% and 47% ABV. It is available in 1.75l, 1l, 750ml, 700ml and 50ml bottle sizes.
