These unique beans add a new twist to a variety of product applications, including canned mixes, soups, chili, side dishes and snack foods. SK Food supplies both beans in whole-bean form, in addition to raw flour and precooked powder and flakes.
Both black soybeans and azuki beans are of U.S. origin and naturally gluten-free. All SK Food’s ingredients are identity preserved, so they are traceable back to the farmer’s field.
Black soybeans are high in protein, antioxidants, anthocyanin and vitamin E; azuki beans are a good source of fiber, iron and potassium and promote heart health.
The black soybeans and azuki beans, flour, powders and flakes are all available as certified-organic or non-GMO and are certified-kosher through Orthodox Union.
