Treatt PLC has expanded its range of teas with the addition of three new offerings including a blend specifically formulated to work well with stevia and similar natural sweeteners.
A non-caloric blend of all natural essences, TreattSweet Tea 9859 was formulated to soften the back-end bitterness and bite that natural sweeteners such as stevia can leave on the palate, instead allowing the complex notes of the tea to be the central focus.
In addition to TreattSweet Tea 9859, Treatt also launched Green Tea TrueTaste Natural 200, an iced tea concentrate that eschews caramel color in favor of real tea solids. When reconstituted, the tea contains a minimum of 0.04% tea solids.
And finally, the company’s new White Tea Type WONF (With Other Natural Flavors) enables manufacturers to deliver the delicate, fruity properties of white tea in RTD applications with dosage levels of 1,000 - 5,000ppm.
