The board of directors (the “Board”) of China Yurun Food Group Limited (the “Company”) announces the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) for the six months ended 30 June 203. The interim financial report for the six months ended 30 June 203 (the “Review Period”) is unaudited, but has been reviewed by KPMG, in accordance with Hong Kong Standard on Review Engagements 240, “Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity”, issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, whose unmodified review report is included in the interim report to be sent to the shareholders. The results have also been reviewed by the Company’s Audit Committee.
