ey Aquaculture on Thursday announced it entered into an agreement with San Diego-based PureFish.
Starting this month, PureFish will be come the executive supplier of Anglesey sea bass to the Los Angeles and San Diego and will buy 1,050 kilos of the fish weekly.
“PureFish is internationally renowned for the efforts it goes to in securing supplies of premium-quality sustainable fish for its customers, so this contract not only shows that our sea bass is enjoyed on the west coast of the United States, it’s also another ringing endorsement of the strict environmental standards that we adhere to at our farm,” said Kenny Woods, Anglesey sales manager.
