New Russian MRLs for Pesticides in Agricultural and Food Products

Core Tip: On December 20, 2013, new Russian Hygiene Norms and Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for pesticides and chemicals in external entities, including agricultural and food products, came into force (Hygiene Norms 1.2.3111-13).
On December 20, 2013, new Russian Hygiene Norms and Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for pesticides and chemicals in external entities, including agricultural and food products, came into force (Hygiene Norms 1.2.3111-13 “Hygiene Norms for Presence of Pesticides in external entities (List)”).

The new norms were approved by the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation on October 21, 2013 and were registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 12, 2013 (registration No. 30362).
