Stora Enso will be Stora Ensopresenting innovations in package design and materials at Interpack 2014. The novelties to be introduced include technically-advanced food packaging materials, as well as innovative packaging solutions for chocolate and confectionery, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics and personal care products.

Award-winning packaging concepts from the Recreate Packaging design competition will also be on display at Stora Enso's stand.

One of the highlights of the show will be a joint presentation by Stora Enso and Tetra Pak at Innovationparc Packaging in the afternoon of Friday, 9th May, focusing on how a localized, highly efficient network in food production, packaging and recycling saves resources, energy and food.

New concepts and designs for packaging beauty and personal care products will be on display in the trophy corner of Stora Enso's stand. It will feature the best entries from the Recreate Packaging design competition, which was organized for the second time by Stora Enso and Aalto University. The competition challenges conventional thinking, and this time offers new ideas for travel-friendly packaging.

Several partner stands will also showcase innovative packaging solutions based on Stora Enso's wide board and paper selection; among them the new cup packaging concept for chocolate and confectionery by Stora Enso and AR Packaging, and the ValueCase pharmaceuticals packaging concept introduced together with Edelmann and Uhlmann.
