Mars Food UK is recalling certain packs of Uncle Ben's Special - Chinese Style Rice as some packs may contain Uncle Ben's Special – Special Fried Rice, which contains milk and egg.
The recalled product comes in 250g pouch with 'Best before' end dates - 25 April 2015 and 26 April 2015.
According to UK Food Standards Agency (FSA), the allergen information on the product labeling is incorrect and the presence of milk and egg is undeclared.
The product may cause a possible health risk for people who are allergic to egg and/or allergic or intolerant to milk or its constituents.
Customers who have bought the affected product were advised to return the product to Freepost, Mars Food UK for a full refund.
