On May 30th, China Food and Drug Administration organized and drafted two references including “Auxiliary ingredients registered for health food (the 1st batch)” and “Auxiliary ingredients registered requiring further demonstration for health food” based on requirements of “Measures for administration of health food registration and filing” and solicited public opinions. Opinions should be submitted before June 11th, 2016.

Macao issued the administrative regulation No. 13/2016 “Maximum limit of mycotoxin in food”
On May 30th, 2016, Macao issued the administrative regulation “Maximum limit of mycotoxin in food” and stipulated maximum limit of aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin M1, ochratoxin A and patulin in food. The regulation was implemented on May 31st.
