La Terra Fina is recalling its Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip and Spread for undeclared egg, one of the major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to egg could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No reports of illness have been received.
The recalled product is La Terra Find Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip in 10 ounce packages. It is usually sold in deli and produce sections of supermarkets. An incorrect ingredient statement and UPC number were placed on that product. The best by date is November 1, 2017.
The correct UPC for the La Terra Fina Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread in 10 ounce containers should be 6-40410-51327-3; however, the affected units may scan as 6-40410-51350-1.
