VAM Watertech, known in the fruit and vegetable sector for its innovative and reliable solutions to reuse the washing water of horticultural products, has expanded to the Iberian Peninsula. Working in partnership with Martinmaq, renowned manufacturer of machines and complete processing lines in the Spanish market, VAM Watertech will offer its solutions with the full support of Martinmaq, including installation, assembly and after-sales services.

Reducing the presence of bacteria, extending the shelf life, reducing the use of pesticides... With VAM systems, it is not only possible to fully reuse wastewater (from 10 m3/hour to 800 m3/hour), but molds, spores, pesticides and bacteria are also eliminated, significantly contributing to improving food safety, reducing MRL's and extending the shelf life of products.

Founded 20 years ago, VAM Watertech has become the market leader in its field thanks to years of experience in the reuse of water from fruit and vegetable processing. VAM Watertech's customers are washing and packaging companies of vegetable products such as potatoes, carrots and beets, and of fruits such as apples and pears in Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or France. VAM Watertech is also a partner in the reuse of water by industrial processors such as McCain/Lutosa, Lamb Weston and Zweifel Pomy-Chips.
