They have the establishment number “P-22061” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The burritos were shipped to retail locations and put into vending machines in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. A consumer compliant triggered the recall. The packages actually contain Farmers Burritos, which contain eggs.

The second recall is for Recchiuti Confections chocolate bars. These products contain high levels of milk protein. FDA sampling revealed the problem.
The recalled products are Bittersweet Bar, with UPC number UPC 8 19895 00017 6 and lot codes and best by dates 21418000 (Best By 7/2/19), and 16518000 (Best By 5/14/19). Also recalled is Feve Bar, with UPC number 8 19895 00019 0 and lot codes and best by dates 16518000 (Best By 5/14/19) and 21418000 (Best By 7/2/19).
The chocolate bars were sold at Recchiuti Confections’ Ferry Building store at 1 Ferry Building, Shop #30 in San Francisco, theLab store at 801 22nd Street in San Francisco, online, and through wholesale partners.
If you purchased either of these items and cannot eat the allergens, don’t eat them. Take them back to the place of purchase for a refund, or discard them.
