Giro Pack, a sustainable packaging company, has released their new UB S65 Speedline. According to the company, it is the fastest and most versatile line ever offered by Giro. The new bagger’s speed increases production and lowers labor costs. With its reliability, non-stop performance, and versatility, the bagger will provide quick returns.

John Carillo of Manfredi Companies says: "The new Speedline from Giro exceeds all my expectations as the fastest and most accurate bagging machine ever made to date. In addition to the speed, the bagger is still able to offer the flexibility of different bag styles I would recommend the new Speedline to any packer who wants to grow their business to the next level.”

"With labor wages continuing to climb, efficiencies are critical and ultimately affect the bottom line. The Giro Speedline helps packers put money back in their pockets by increasing output and reducing labor cost,” says Jen Doxey, the West Coast Sales Manager at Giro.

Some of the Speedline features include: new stainless features, updated 10” color touch screen, a more accessible electronics panel, up to 11 different bag styles, thermal transfer to eliminate adhesive labels, bagging speed of up to 36 bags per minutes, online performance/maintenance monitoring and up to two hours of non-stop performance on average. The Speedline also has very low cost of ownership and is compatible with Giro’s compostable, reduced place, and 100% recyclable material options.

"Giro Speed baggers are a great compliment to any high-speed weigher with quick change over on materials, versatility of bag styles, limited maintenance, and high output these baggers can increase production with high efficiency, and quick return on investment,” Nate Fudge of West Coast Sales at Giro Pack stated.
