Food Manufacture features FSA's whistleblowers’ invitation

Core Tip: The June issue of Food Manufacture, out today (May 30), features an invitation from the Food Safety Agency’s (FSA’s) chief scientist to report food manufacturers that jeopardise safety by cutting corners.
Our exclusive interview with Dr Andrew Wadge features his invitation to employees to use the FSA’s “whistleblowing procedure” to report businesses that are putting consumers’ health at risk by using poor hygiene practices.
