AMI already has existing Facebook pages for AMI Expo, AMI Foundation, National Hot Dog and Sausage Council and Meat Mythcrushers, which between them have covered issues such as the reduction of food-borne bacteria through HACCP programs and explained new regulations.
AMI is asking for readers’ feedback on the blog, which it wants to develop into a forum for discussion on the industry.
