Core Tip: VIC State Distributors are recalling Kanga Candy Choc Winter Mix from several supermarkets in Victoria, Australia, as the products contain an undeclared allergen (almond), according to the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ).
The product being recalled is Kanga Kandy Choc Winter Mix, 400g, with a best before date of 17/05/2013. The packaging features a clear bag with a red and yellow label.

They have been distributed in IGA Supermarkets, Foodworks and other independent supermarkets in rural Victoria.

FSANZ has asked consumers with an almond allergy or intolerance not to consume this product, as they can have a severe reaction. Customers can return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
