Hiscott was previously the product manager for the Charing-based company over the last 18 months.
As part of the role he is also a key member in the UK Corporate Social Responsibility Working group, which has successfully reduced carbon emissions at the company by 45% over the last five years.
Hiscott started his marketing career at MK Electric, before joining Knauf Drywall plasterboard manufactures as product manager.
