Kona Grill, an American grill and sushi bar, has announced the launch of its new seasonal menu – Entice, at all its locations nationwide.
The menu features five new items - Seared Sockeye Sashimi, Chili Lime Shrimp Salad, Roasted Corn & Goat Cheese Flatbread, Hawaiian Snapper, and Coconut Cheesecake. It also includes a new salad, entrée, flat bread and dessert.
Kona Grill corporate Sushi chef Takeshi Trinitapoli said the new recipes can be paired with wines and cocktails.
"The seared sockeye salmon sashimi paired with a refreshing Gekkeikan draft sake is a combination sure to wow our guests," Trinitapoli added.
Availability of these items will be based upon the Fall season which the dishes aim to complement. The menu began 12 September and will conclude on 28 October.
Kona Grill offers American favorites with sushi. It owns and operates 23 restaurants in the US.
