MusclePharm will refrain from referencing Beast Sports Nutrition’s trademarks including ‘BEAST’ and ‘beast mode’ from all products after the US firms reached a court settlement.

The deal ends a year-long court battle after Beast accused MusclePharm of unauthorised use and representation of its BEAST trademarks.

“We’ve spent the last 17 years building BEAST into a well known and trusted brand and will enforce our trademark rights to the fullest extent of the law,” said Anthony Altieri, BEAST’s president.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
