The following Crown brand Bitter Chocolate Coated products are affected by this alert.

These products were distributed in Quebec and Ontario and may have been distributed in other provinces.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these product.

Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to milk.

The importer, Aliments Altra Foods Inc., Anjou, QC is voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
