US-based artisan and premium cheese producer Sartori has announced the launch of its Limited Edition Extra-Aged Goat cheese, just in time for the Christmas season.
The Extra-Aged Goat cheese, experimented over years with a number of techniques and aging processes, will be developed in small lots and each wheel will be handled and cared for by the Sartori team members, said the company.
Sartori cheesemaker Pam Hodgson said that the cheese will be allowed to patiently age to improve its savory, caramel notes and a creamy finish.
Sartori CEO Jim Sartori said, "The positive reaction and acceptance of the product from our retailers and customers during the initial release was inspirational."
Sartori's Extra-Aged Goat cheese will be available at selected specialty cheese shops across the US.
