American Pride Seafoods, based in New Bedford, Mass., has named Tim Benevelli its newest regional sales manager, responsible for east coast foodservice business development.A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Benevelli has worked in seafood sales management for the past 17 years, working for Frozen Specialties Inc., and most recently, for the past nine years, as regional sales manager for National Fish & Seafood Inc.
Benevelli has also worked for a number of independent and national chain restaurants throughout the United States, developing independent brands and private label products.
American Pride offers a variety of raw and prepared seafood products for foodservice, retail and industrial segments worldwide.
