Gershon Bachus VintnersGershon Bachus Vintners (GBV), a California-based division of Kenco Company, has unveiled two new wines at its De Portola Wine Trail tasting room at 37750 De Portola Road, Temecula Valley.

The two new blends are GBV 2008 Estate Blend Aeolus and GBV 2007 Aquilo Cabernet Sauvignon.

Both the new blends replace their predecessors 2005 Zephyrus Zinfandel and 2005 Aquilo Cabernet Sauvignon, which are now confined to library collection.

The 2008 Aeolus, which is also known as 'The Keeper of the Winds,' is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel and Grenache. It possesses strong smell and spiced finish.

GBV 2007 Aquilo Cabernet Sauvignon is a smooth, silky and fruit driven wine that is aged in 100% Hungarian Oak barrels to form a long finish.

Both the blends are available at GBV tasting room and online at http://www.gershonbachus.com at a retail price of $50 for Aeolus and $55 for Aquilo.
