Core Tip: Recycling of postconsumer plastic increased by 24% in Canada last year, according to a new report.
bottleThe Canadian Plastics Industry Association (CPIA) said the increase is the result of more material collected for recycling as well as more companies providing recycling information.

A minimum of 268.5 million kilograms of postconsumer (including post commercial) plastic material was collected for recycling in Canada, reported Moore Recycling Associates Inc.
