David McDougall has been named chief executive officer of Back Yard Burgers, Inc. Mr. McDougall has more than 30 years of experience in franchising, operations, international and supply chain management.
He joins the quick-service chain during a restructuring period, following a pre-arranged Chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing in October.
