Another study showed that switching to lower-fat dairy foods when losing weight could have unintended consequences as well. Male participants consumed fewer dairy foods overall rather than switch to lower-fat versions and lowered their nutrient intake.

These findings and others are selected each month by members of the Dairy Research Institute's team of scientists.
