SnS Design, a New York-based woman-owned industrial design consultancy that offers product design, packaging, manufacturing and graphic services, has developed a single-serve wine glass design for Zipz.

Made from food-grade polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic, each Zipz glass is covered in a patented Zipz Clean Wrap that keeps the wine fresh and the glass clean, making it suitable for use in public places, including stadiums, arenas, convention centers and hotels, and in the absence of any standard glassware.

The single-serve wine glass looks and feels like traditional glassware. Both the Zipz glass and Clean Wrap are 100% recyclable.

According to SnS Design president and CEO Nisha Sawhney, they worked for ten months to conduct research, product design, manufacturing files, and product prototype and testing, select a manufacturer, and prepare packaging, logo graphics, icons and other collateral materials.

Zipz CEO Henry Scott said, "Through extensive research and testing, we ultimately landed on a design that allows wine to be enjoyed in unexpected places with the elegant and sophisticated feel wine lovers are accustomed to."

Zipz is currently offering Z Selections, a collection of California wines such as Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, in the single-serve wine glass.
