Pura Vida Tequila Company (PVTC), a Texas-based distiller of Pura Vida tequila, has selected Republic National Distribution Company (RNDC) to distribute its tequilas in Florida.
The move allows the company to make its products available in eight US states.
In Florida, the tequilas will mark their first entry at The Hard Rock Hotel and Resort, at Universal Studios in Orlando on 25 April 2013.
PVTC founder and Chairman Stewart Skloss said the company is happy to partner with RNDC in Florida for its Pura Vida Tequilas.
"We are lucky to be working with such Florida industry leaders as Bill Wickham and Bill Barnes, with their direction and support, we are going to make some great waves- Florida way," Skloss added.
Pura Vida Tequila was first premiered in Texas in 2011 with successful results, which forced the company to release the products on the West Coast in 2012. With strong growth in California, the company expanded the products to Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada and New Mexico, taking it to seven US states.
To support the brand in Florida, the company has appointed Charles Hartnett as Eastern US regional manager for Pure Vida Tequila.
