The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) has now surpassed its milestone of 200,000 sq. ft. for the 2013 PROCESS EXPO trade show, which will be held Nov. 3-6 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
Key additions to the show, such as co-location with the International Dairy Show and the NAMA Outlook Conference, is increasing interest in attending PROCESS EXPO, said Jeff Dahl, chairman of the Food Processing Suppliers Association and business manager of JBT FoodTech. “Exhibit space sales have been very strong, especially since the start of the year as suppliers are rushing to be a part of what they know will be a huge draw for the food and beverage industry," he added.
Another new feature of the PROCESS EXPOS show, which is gathering significant interest, is the educational program that incorporates university experts from 10 of the leading food-sciences programs in the country, said David Seckman, president and CEO of FPSA.
PROCESS EXPO's educational programs are free to all registered attendees at the trade show. PROCESS EXPO attendees will also have free access to the International Dairy Show floor and sessions in the NAMA Outlook Conference. All events will run throughout the four-day trade show.
