Bella Wines, a Canada-based winery, has unveiled its 2012 vintage sparkling wines.
The wines - 2012 Sparkling Gamay Noir and 2012 Sparkling Chardonnay - are sourced from different vineyards in British Columbia with different micro-climates but made identically.
Each of the wine has different taste based on its typicity, reported Scout Magazine.
Wines under 2012 Sparkling Chardonnay portfolio include 2012 Sparkling Chardonnay - Oliver West Side and 2012 Sparkling Chardonnay - Oliver East Side.
The West Side wine showcases the vineyard site of pure silt with a gravel seam and offers citrus fruit profile, whereas the East Side wine offers minerality through concentration of calcium carbonate found in the vineyard soils.
Apart from the regular 750ml bottle format, the company has also introduced the Gamay sparkling rosé and the 2012 Sparkling Chardonnay - Oliver West Side in 375ml bottle formats.
