California-based Francis Ford Coppola Winery has paired its Diamond Collection wines with all-natural fruit syrups of Skylite Snowballs to create Diamond Wine Snow-Ball Cocktails.
The cocktails are available in three varieties - Diamond Chardonnay Pink Grapefruit, Diamond Pinot Grigio Meyer Lemon Shiso and Diamond Merlot Raspberry Lime.
All the drinks carry a tingle of citrus and sweet fruit notes.
Diamond Chardonnay Pink Grapefruit is made by mixing 2oz Gold Label Diamond Chardonnay, 0.5oz Skylite Pink Grapefruit Syrup and 8oz crushed ice, while Diamond Merlot Raspberry Lime is made by blending 2oz Blue Label Diamond Merlot, 0.75oz Skylite Raspberry Lime and 8oz crushed ice.
The Diamond Pinot Grigio Meyer Lemon Shiso is a blend of 2oz Emerald Label Diamond Pinot Grigio, 0.5oz Skylite Meyer Lemon Shiso and 8oz crushed ice.
Francis Coppola Diamond Collection has 12 single varietals and two distinctive blends. All are made from grapes grown in vineyards across California.
