IFFCO has appointed Sana Boussadean as application and technical support manager (North Africa) for its industrial oils and fats business unit. She is a food technologist from the Agronomic & Veterinary Institute Hassan II, Morocco.
Boussadean has over four years of experience, having worked with a food solution company handling various food ingredients for the Morocco region. Her expertise is mainly in speciality food ingredients such as hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, texturants, native and modified starches, flavours and integrated solutions, vitamins, bakery ingredients and dairy ingredients. She has also has worked closely with food manufacturing companies in the region to develop and improve new and existing food products. Her previous assignment prior to joining IFFCO was with Trade Bio Industries, Morocco.
