Restaurant chain Huddle House is gearing up to open 135 restaurants across Texas and Southeast region of the US over the next five years.
Huddle House is targeting the expansion in a total of 19 markets, including St. Louis, Oklahoma City and Nashville.
Initially, the company intends to open four new restaurants in San Antonio, six in Waco and six in Fort Worth, according to RestaurantNews.com.
Huddle House franchising director Jim Carr told the website that the company made few internal changes that are driving the growth and success of Huddle House.
"We've thoroughly examined the territories we've identified for development and found that the demand for our concept continues to grow. Consequently, we're 100 percent committed to finding business savvy franchise partners who are eager to join our family," added Carr.
The restaurant chain, meanwhile, is working on store design overhaul introducing new Huddle House prototype with a signature tower entrance and plush seating.
Major chunk of the store refurbishment process is expected to be concluded by 2017.
