ATO Matchmaking Brings New Wines to Hong Kong

Zeitgeistloft is a Hong Kong wine importer. Zeitgeistloft was interested in expanding their product range to include more high quality wines from the United States. ATO Hong Kong recommended Zeitgeistloft to join a wine mission sponsored by the North Carolina Wine and Grape Grower’s
Council, to visit North Carolina in April 2013 to source new wines. Their Director Mr. Marcus Liu, was able to meet with several wineries and establish good contacts with them. Mr. Liu has newly added 30 cases of wines from North Carolina Chidress Winery to his portfolio. Also, Mr. Liu added
Muscadine Supplement (600 bottles) produced by Old North State Winery. Mr. Liu is working aggressively with the new U.S. wine suppliers with an objective to increase the order size to USD $80,000 in the next years.
