American casual dining restaurant chain Outback Steakhouse has introduced new Great Barrier Eats, a special menu featuring seafood such as crab, tuna, shrimp and salmon.
The new Great Barrier Eats include Great Barrier Trio appetizer, Pacific Rim Salmon and Shrimp entree and Seafood Mixed Grill entree.
The Great Barrier Trio appetizer is a sashimi-style Ahi Tuna with a drizzle of soy dressing, coconut shrimp and a mini version of the Crab & Avocado Stack; Pacific Rim Salmon and Shrimp entree is a honey balsamic glazed salmon and shrimp cooked on the wood-fire grill and finished with ginger-soy citrus butter; and Seafood Mixed Grill entree is a half portion of wood-fire grilled Mahi with golden-seared shrimp and scallops.
The restaurant is also offering Steak & Snow Crab combo, which is Outback's signature sirloin or signature filet paired with succulent Snow Crab with a choice of one Outback side or salad.
In addition, Outback Steakhouse has introduced new fruity drinks and desserts.
