ssic Foods is proud to announce that it has obtained the Gluten Free Certification from the Gluten Intolerance Group.This is an independent organization whose mission is to support persons with gluten intolerances, celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, and other gluten sensitivities, through consumer and industry services and programs that positively promote healthy lifestyles.
This gluten free certification is the result from a stringent independent application review process that includes: product reviews, on-site inspections of manufacturing facility, testing of products, certification and on-going compliance to ensure that the integrity of Classic Foods's products are truly gluten-free.
Classic Foods commitment to food safety and allergen awareness is a priority. "Based on our market research findings, more and more consumers are buying gluten-free by choice or for health reasons. This certification means we have the seal of approval when selecting gluten free snacks and consumers can rest assured and be 100% certain that they can eat our products risk free," says Roya Rohani, VP of Marketing.
